To Ayurvedic Healing.

Everything you need to know before your visit, how to prepare for your pulse examination, classical daily regimens, and patient policies.

Pre-Consultation Guidelines for Nadi Pariksha

Please follow these simple guidelines for the most accurate constitutional pulse reading:

Maintain 2.5–3 Hours of Fasting

Avoid heavy meals right before pulse diagnosis so your digestive Agni and blood flow reflect your natural baseline.

Avoid Caffeine & Stimulants

Refrain from coffee, strong tea, energy drinks, and tobacco for 3–4 hours prior to prevent artificial pulse elevation.

Arrive 15 Minutes Early

Relax in our tranquil herbal tea lounge prior to consultation to allow breathing and heart rate to stabilize naturally.

Bring Medical History & Lab Reports

Carry recent blood tests, scans, and a list of ongoing medications for a comprehensive integrative analysis.

Do Not Scrub Tongue Aggressively

Tongue coating (Jihwa Pariksha) provides vital diagnostic clues regarding internal metabolic toxin levels (Ama).

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

Common Patient Inquiries

Yes. In the majority of chronic cases (such as diabetes, hypertension, or thyroid medications), you should not stop your allopathic medications abruptly. Dr. S.N. Patidar will design a synergistic schedule, typically maintaining an interval of 45–60 minutes between allopathic and Ayurvedic remedies, gradually tapering allopathic doses as your bodily markers improve under laboratory supervision.
